What are others saying?

Thank you Kayleigh for the lovely relaxing Reiki session. The set-up was beautiful and I was surprised how quickly my mind became quiet, and my anxieties and tension felt like they were drifting away.  I left the session feeling incredibly calm and at peace. I look forward to having another session soon. Sarah, Cornwall

I have just had a wellbeing review session, and have left feeling so much more clearer on what steps I need to and want to take next. It really opened my eyes to areas of my wellbeing that I was neglecting.  I feel very positive, in control and motivated.  Thank you.

I had around 6 support sessions with Kayleigh and I cannot believe the transformation I have had in the space of a couple months.  Before working with Kayleigh I was feeling very stressed, and I know I was taking my mood out on my husband and children. I was snapping all the time and was not in a great place.  I had a free call with Kayleigh first, and within minutes of talking I knew I wanted her support. She is one of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met.  I never felt judged, just supported.  Some of the techniques which Kayleigh brings into her sessions were my first time experiencing them such as NLP and Time Techniques - but I learnt so much from these and managed to process and make sense of a situation in my life without having to re-live it all over again.  The subconscious mind really is amazing - and to think before I worked with you, Kayleigh I didn't even really know about the subconscious mind. Life is very different for me now. I am a nice person to be around, I have achieved several key goals I wanted to and most importantly Kayleigh has provided me with the knowledge and skills to manage daily life.  I will be honest I was a bit apprehensive about booking in for a session; there are so many coaches / therapists online, but I can honestly say it is the best thing I have done for myself.  Our work together has changed my life. Thank you, Kayleigh.
